You are responsible for your use of the Services, for content that you publish to the Services, and all ensuing consequences.

Through the DataTweet API, content is shared with other websites and services, so do not contribute anything that you do not wished shared freely. We assert the same relationship to content as Twitter does (see http://twitter.com/tos):

You retain your rights to any Content you publish to DataTweet. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

DataTweet makes no assurances regarding retention of your data. The services may change in any manner without prior notification to you. Your account may be revoked at our discretion.

Except for public profile information, no data that we acquire from Twitter on your behalf will be shared with anyone. We will post to Twitter only and exactly the tweets that you enter into the DataTweet status box, and this is the only use we will make of write access to your Twitter account. If we acquire an email address from you, it will not be shared with anyone, and will be used only for direct communications with you.
